Board Change 

Mincon Group plc, the Irish-headquartered international mining equipment manufacturer, announces that Rose Hynes has informed the board that she wishes to step down from the position of non-executive director on 30th November 2016, due to increased work commitments.

Padraig McManus, Chairman of Mincon Group plc, said: 'It is with great regret that we learn of Rose's decision to resign from the board. We recognise the high level of commitment that Rose has made as a non-executive director and regret that she will be unable to continue in the role. Rose made a valuable contribution at an exciting time in the development of the company and her experience and expertise will be sadly missed. On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Rose for her contribution to the company and wish her well for the future'

The Nomination Committee will now begin the process of recruiting a new independent non-executive director.  A further announcement will be made in due course.
