Annual Report and Notice of AGM - Replacement

Mincon Group plc (ESM:MIO AIM:MCON), the Irish engineering group specialising in the design, manufacture, sale and servicing of rock drilling tools and associated products, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 and Notice of AGM has been posted to Shareholders today and will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.mincon.com.

The Company's AGM will be held on Friday, 27 May 2016 at 10.00 a.m. in Park Inn by Radisson, Shannon, Ireland. The Notice of AGM contains details of all resolutions to be proposed at the AGM.
