This Amendment No. 1 is being filed to report the fact that, in June 2020, Millicom International Cellular S.A. (“MIC”) ceased to beneficially own any Ordinary Shares. As a result, MIC has no further reporting obligations on Schedule 13G with respect to the Ordinary Shares unless and until such time that any transactions were any to occur that would require MIC to resume its reporting obligations on Schedule 13G.
