On November 8, 2012, StemCells, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2012. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. StemCells will host a live conference call and webcast today, November 8, at 4:30 PM Eastern Time (1:30 PM Pacific Time) to discuss our financial results and recent business activities.
