Notice of Date for AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Mount Gibson Iron Limited (the Company) hereby gives notice that the Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held at the City West Function Centre 45 Plaistowe Mews, West Perth, 6005 on Wednesday, 11 November 2015 commencing at 10.00AM (WST).
Under the Company’s Constitution and in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3, valid nominations for the position of director are required to be lodged at the registered office of the Company by no later than Wednesday 23 September 2015.
This notice is given in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1.
