On July 1, 2014, Donald W. Duda, Chief Executive Officer of Methode Electronics, Inc., terminated his 10b5-1 trading plan. As reported in a Form 8-K filed on January 6, 2014, Mr. Duda's trading plan was established on December 30, 2013 under Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
