(b) On December 15, 2014, J. Edward Colgate submitted his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors of Methode Electronics, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Colgate resigned in order to pursue academic and other business interests and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company.
