INITIAL DIRECTORS’ INTEREST NOTICES

Meteoric Resources NL (ASX: MEI, “Meteoric” or “the Company”), advises that the lodgement of two enclosed Appendix 3Xs for Mr Patrick Burke and Dr Andrew Tunks were not lodged within the required timeframe due to an administrative error.

The Company has a policy of advising all its directors on their appointment of the listing rule requirements, as well as periodic reviews of its corporate governance procedures, concerning the sale and purchase of the Company’s securities.

The Company believes that its arrangements in regard to directors trading in shares are adequate and are being enforced, and that this breach has resulted from an administrative oversight.
