Caldeira REE Project Acquisition Update

Completion of the Acquisition of the Caldeira REE Project by Meteoric Resources NL (ASX: MEI) was due to occur by 10 April with payment of $US5m and issue of 100m Performance Shares to the Togni Group. As 10 April was a public holiday, the Parties have agreed to extend to today, 11 April.

This release has been approved by the Board of Meteoric Resources NL.
