Notification of Expiry of Listed Options

Meteoric Resources NL ( ASX: MEI ) ( Meteoric or the Company ) advises that the attached letter has been sent to registered holders of the Company’s listed options (ASX:MEIO)(“ MEIO Options ”) advising that the MEIO Options which are exercisable at $0.024 each, will expire at 5:00pm (WST) on 28 May 2023 (“ Expiry Date ”).

Official quotation of the MEIO Options on ASX will cease at close of trading on Monday, 22 May 2023, being four business days before the Expiry Date.

Holders of the MEIO Options can exercise all or part of their MEIO Options prior to the Expiry Date by providing the Company a completed written exercise notice specifying the number of MEIO Options being exercised and a payment of funds for the total exercise price for the number of MEIO Options being exercised.

Expiry of Quoted Options (ASX: MEIO)

Meteoric Resources NL ( ASX: MEI ) ( Meteoric or the Company ) advises that quoted options in the Company ( MEIO Option s) exercisable at $0.024 are due to expire at 5:00pm (WST) on 28 May 2023 ( Expiry Date) .

The Company provides the following information:

• The exercise price of each MEIO Option is $0.024.

• Each MEIO Option entitles the holder to receive on exercise of the option, one fully paid ordinary share in the Company.

• Official quotation of the MEIO Options on ASX will cease at close of trading on Monday, 22 May 2023, being four business days before the Expiry Date.

• Holders of the MEIO Options can exercise all or part of their MEIO Options prior to the Expiry Date by providing the Company a completed written exercise notice specifying the number of MEIO Options being exercised and a payment of funds for the total exercise price for the number of MEIO Options being exercised. The option exercise form is attached.

• If an exercise notice and corresponding payment is not received by 5pm (WST) on 28 May 2023, your MEIO Options will expire and no further value, rights or entitlement will exist.

• The highest and lowest market price for the fully paid ordinary shares in MEI (being the underlying securities to which the MEIO Options relate) during the three months immediately before the date of this notice were as follows:

• Highest Price: $0.155 on 29 March 2023

• Lowest Price: $0.093 on 29 January 2023

• No underwriting agreement exists in respect of the MEIO Options.
