AGREEMENT REACHED FOR SALE OF METEORIC’S 90% INTEREST IN THE WILTHORPE PROJECT

The Directors of Meteoric Resources NL ( Meteoric ) are pleased to announce that they have entered into a conditional agreement for the sale of the company’s 90% interest in the Wilthorpe Project.

The Wilthorpe Project area covers two granted exploration licences, E52/2067 and E52/2627 and is in the Peak Hill District of Western Australia.

Meteoric will be paid $405,000.00 from Resourceful Mining Group Pty Ltd for its 90% interest in the two tenements after E52/2067 has been converted to a Mining Licence (ML).

The directors will advise the market once the sale goes unconditional.
