APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE

Meteoric Resources NL (ASX: MEI, “Meteoric” or “the Company”), is pleased to advise of the appointment of Matthew Foy as Company Secretary effective today. Mr Foy is an experienced Chartered Secretary who acts as company secretary and corporate adviser to ASX Listed Companies.

The Company further advises that Mr Rudolf Tieleman has tendered his resignation as Company Secretary with effect from today. Meteoric would like to express its thanks to Mr Tieleman for his services to the Company during his tenure as Company Secretary and wish him well in the future.
