Metals Exploration plc (AIM: MTL) ("Metals Exploration" or the "Company"), the natural resources exploration and development company with assets in the Pacific Rim region.

Results of AGM

The Directors of Metals Exploration announce that at the annual general meeting held on Thursday, 15th June 2017, all resolutions were duly passed.

A copy of the presentation delivered to the shareholders at today's AGM will be available on the Company's website shortly.

The Directors further announce that they expect the ongoing discussions regarding a working capital debt facility, to be concluded by the end of June 2017 and will make an announcement once the facility has been secured.
