ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT

Metals Exploration plc (AIM: MTL) ("Metals Exploration" or "the Company"), the natural resources exploration and development company with assets in the Pacific Rim region, announces that its 2017 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 11:00am on Thursday 15 June 2017 at the Company's registered office address c/o Kerman & Co LLP, 200 Strand, London WC2R 1DJ.

Ian Holzberger, Chairman, will present an update on the Company and matters relating to its Runruno gold molybdenum project in the Philippines.  A copy of the presentation will be made available on the Company's website after the AGM.
