Sale of Unmarketable Parcels of Shares

Metals Australia Limited ( ASX: MLS ) (“ Metals Australia ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that it has today sold 144,355,554 shares in MLS, being the total number of the MLS shares held in the unmarketable parcel share sale account.

This share sale finalises the round up of unmarketable parcels. Holders of the unmarketable parcels will be sent the proceeds of the sale of the shares when funds are received from the selling broker.
