OPTION ISSUE
At a meeting of Directors held today, it was resolved to make an issue of 3,150,000 options to staff and consultants. In addition, shareholder approval will be sought to issue a further 3,000,000 options to directors.
The options are to be issued free of charge, and are exercisable at five cents per option and may be exercised on or before 30 September 2009.
