Véronique Boca appointed Vice President Financial Communication
Mersen announces today that Véronique Boca has been appointed Vice President, Financial Communication, effective September 26, 2011. Based on her strong experience in investor relations in the industry sector, Véronique Boca will develop the financial communication policy of the Group and strengthen relationships with investors, shareholders, analysts and journalists. She will report to Thomas Baumgartner, CFO and member of the Management Board of Mersen.
Biography
Véronique Boca was Vice President Investor Relations and Strategic Planning at Sperian from 2004 until the sale of the company to Honeywell. She had previously held strategy and finance positions in Canal + Technologies and Thales Group.
Aged 45, Véronique Boca is a graduate of ECAM, an engineer school based in Lyon – France.
