The Company has today been informed that on 30 September 2014, Cheryl Jones, Chairman, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 6.5p per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Cheryl Jones holds 2,600,000 ordinary shares in Dods representing approximately 0.8 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
