Prospectus dated 21 December 2015 – Errata Corrige

The Company refers to the Prospectus issued on the 21 December 2015. The following typing errors were noted:

Element C.9 of the Summary on page 24 of the Prospectus dated 21 December 2015 should read as follows "The Bonds shall bear interest from and including the 5 February 2016 at the rate of 4.5% per annum in the case of the Euro Bonds and 5.75% per annum in the case of the USD Bonds on the nominal value thereof, payable semiannually in arrears on each Interest Payment Date. The first interest payment will be effected on the 5 August 2016".

The last sentence of Element E.5 of the Summary on page 29 of the Prospectus dated 21 December 2015 should read as following "As at the 3 December 2015, Mr Anthony S. Diacono and Malampaya Investments Limited each hold 9,375,000 Shares in the Company (each holding 37.50% of the issued shares of the Company)."

The errors are regretted.
