Legalbasis: Art. 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current andperiodic information
TheManagement Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") hereby discloses the dates ofpublication of the Company's periodic reports in 2026:
1.Annualreport and consolidated annual report for 2025 -April28, 2026,
2.Consolidatedquarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 -May28, 2026,
3.Consolidatedhalf-year report for the first half of 2026 -September29, 2026,
4.Consolidatedquarterly report for the third quarter of 2026 -November26, 2026.
Atthe same time, the Management Board of the Company declares that,pursuant to § 63(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June6, 2025, on current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognizing information required by thelaws of a non-member state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2025, item755), (the "Regulation"), the Company will not publishseparate unconsolidated quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterlyreports will include quarterly financial information containing theinformation specified in § 68(1)-(4), (5) first sentence, and (9) of theRegulation.
Moreover,the Management Board of the Company informs that the Company will notpublish a consolidated quarterly report for the second and fourthquarters of the financial year in accordance with § 83(2) of theRegulation. The Company will also not publish a separate unconsolidatedhalf-yearly report in accordance with § 63(3) of the Regulation.
Detailedlegal basis:
§84(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025, oncurrent and periodic information published by issuers of securities andon conditions under which such information may be recognized as beingequivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a statewhich is not a member state.
