TheManagement Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") hereby discloses the dates ofpublication of the Company's periodic reports in 2024:

1._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Annualreport and consolidated annual report for 2023 -April22, 2024.

2._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Consolidatedquarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 -May29,2024.

3._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Consolidatedhalf-year report for the first half of 2024 -September25, 2024.

4._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Consolidatedquarterly report for the third quarter of 2024 -November27, 2024.

TheManagement Board of the Company announces that, pursuant to § 62 section1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 oncurrent and periodic information published by issuers of securities andon conditions under which such information may be recognized as beingequivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a statewhich is not a member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757) (the "Regulation"),the Company will not publish unconsolidated quarterly reports.Consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financialinformation indicated in § 66 section 1-4 and 5 first sentence andsection 9 of the Regulation.

Moreover,the Management Board of the Company informs that the Company will notpublish consolidated reports for II ad IV quarter of the financial yearpursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation. The Company also will notpublish a separate unconsolidated half-year report pursuant to § 62section 3 of the Regulation.
