The Management Board ofMedicalgorithmics S.A. (the "Company") hereby discloses the dates ofpublication of the Company's periodic reports in 2023:

2._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;2.Consolidated quarterly report for the firstquarter of 2023 - May 30, 2023

3._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;3.Consolidated half-year report for the firsthalf of 2023 - September 28, 2023

4._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;4.Consolidated quarterly report for the thirdquarter of 2023 - November 29, 2023

The Management Board ofthe Company announces that, pursuant to § 62 section 1 of the Regulationof the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodicinformation published by issuers of securities and on conditions underwhich such information may be recognized as being equivalent toinformation required by the regulations of law of a state which is not amember state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757) (the "Regulation"), theCompany will not publish unconsolidated quarterly reports. Consolidatedquarterly reports will include quarterly financial information indicatedin § 66 section 1-4 and 5 first sentence and section 9 of the Regulation.

Moreover, the ManagementBoard of the Company informs that the Company will not publishconsolidated reports for II ad IV quarter of the financial year pursuantto § 79 section 2 of the Regulation. The Company also will not publish aseparate unconsolidated half-year report pursuant to § 62 section 3 ofthe Regulation.

§ 80 section 1 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on currentand periodic information published by issuers of securities and onconditions under which such information may be recognized as beingequivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a statewhich is not a member state.
