The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (the_quot;Company_quot;) informs that it was informed about the issuance of thestatement of theKrajowy DepozytPapierów Wartościowych S.A. (KDPW)No.196/2023 of March 3, 2023, in response to the Company's requestregarding the conclusion of an agreement with the Company onregistration in the securities depository of the securities indicatedbelow: 995,276 ordinary bearer series I shares of the Company with anominal value of PLN 0.10 (ten groszy) each and ordinary registeredshares of the Company: 1,194,331 ordinary registered series J shareswith a nominal value of PLN 0.10 (ten groszy) each, 1,433,197 ordinaryregistered series K shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 (ten groszy)each, 1,353,580 ordinary registered series L shares with a nominal valueof PLN 0.10 (ten groszy) each.

In the statement of KDPW it was announced that ordinarybearer series I shares in the number of 995,276 will be registered onMarch 7, 2023 under the ISIN code: PLMDCLG00031 and ordinary registeredshares: series J in the number of 1,194,331, series K in the number of1,433,197, series L in the number of 1,353,580 will be registered withKDPW on March 7, 2023 under the ISIN code:_#160;PLMDCLG00049.
