The ManagementBoard of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (_quot;Company_quot;)informs that on August 17, 2023 the Company concluded an agreement withthe Prof. Leszek Giec Upper Silesian Medical Center of the MedicalUniversity of Silesia in Katowice (_quot;Contracting Authority_quot;)in connection with the selection of the Company's offer as the mostadvantageous in the public procurement procedure number:DZ.3321.147.2023, of which the Company informed in current report No.19/2023 of August 7, 2023 (_quot;Agreement_quot;).
The subject ofthe Agreement is the delivery of devices for continuous telemetry aspart of the project Silesian Digital Medical Platform eCareMed -telemedicine in the field of telecardiology and teleneurology in GCM:Silesian Digital Medical Platform eCareMed - Telemedicine and medicaldata mining (along with the task entitled inclusion of teleoncologyservices of the University Clinical Center to the Silesian MedicalPlatform eCareMed and the task entitled inclusion of telecardiology andteleneurology of the Upper Silesian Prof. Leszek Giec Medical Center tothe Silesian Digital Medical Platform) Ex. 1 - Continuous telemetry. Thevalue of the remuneration specified in the Agreement for the performanceof the entire Agreement is PLN 1,589,925.00 net, PLN 1,789,857.75 gross.
The publicprocurement Agreement was concluded in accordance with the templateconstituting amended Attachment No. 4 to the Terms of Contract (SWZ),constituting an attachment to this report. In matters not covered by theAgreement, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Public ProcurementLaw of 11 September 2019 (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, asamended) shall apply.
