The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registeredoffice in Warsaw (the "Company") hereby informs that today it received anotification from a shareholder of the Company - Biofund CapitalManagement Limited Liability Company with its registered office in Miami(USA) (the "Shareholder") pursuant to Article 69 of the Act of July 29,2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction ofFinancial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (the"Act on Public Offering") regarding a change in the Shareholder's shareof the total number of votes at the Company's general meeting, i.e., areduction from the current 34.92% to 13.6% of the total number of votesin the Company.
