The resolutions to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Sections within the Information Circular where disclosure regarding the matter can be found.

1. Change of Registered Office

To consider and, if deemed advisable, to pass a special resolution to amend the Corporation’s Articles of Amalgamation to permit a change in the location of its registered office, currently located in the Province of Quebec, to an address located in the province of Ontario. Please refer to pages 8-9 in the Information Circular.
