ME TODAY – Annual Shareholders Meeting
Me Today Limited (NZX: MEE), confirms the details of its upcoming Annual Shareholders meeting and nomination of directors.
The Me Today Annual Meeting will be held on Friday 25[th] of September at 11am in Auckland with the venue to be confirmed with the formal notice of meeting.
The closing date for director nominations is Wednesday 2[nd] of September 2020 (the closing date). Nominations may be made only by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
Nominations are to be sent to the Chief Financial Officer, Stephen Sinclair and must be received by 5pm on the closing date.
