On August 8, 2012, McEwen Mining Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a summary of its second quarter 2012, including operational and development updates, for its projects in Argentina, Mexico and Nevada. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
