On January 7, 2021, McEwen Mining Inc. (the “Company”) received notice that Andrew Iaboni, Vice President of Finance of the Company, decided to resign his position with the Company to pursue other business opportunities. It is anticipated that his resignation will be effective January 22, 2021.
