On May 23, 2019, McEwen Mining Inc. (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of shareholders. At the annual meeting, certain officers of the Company gave an update on its business, operations and financial condition. Immediately preceding the annual meeting, certain officers and employees gave a technical update on the Company’s properties and operations. Copies of the power point slides presented at the annual meeting and at the technical presentation are attached to this report as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively. A video reproduction of the technical presentation will be available on the Company’s website beginning May 24, 2019.
