Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the Company's announcements dated 29 October 2025, 20 November 2025, 4 December 2025, 23 December 2025 and 20 January 2026 ("Announcements"), and the circular to the shareholders of the Company dated 24 December 2025 ("Circular") in relation to the LTIP. We refer to the Announcements and the Circular.  On behalf of MBSB, MBSB IB wishes to announce that the LTIP is effective from today, which is the date of full compliance of the LTIP with Paragraph 6.43(1) of the Listing Requirements. This announcement is dated 3 June 2026.
