Sub Intimation of resignation of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Dear Sir/Madam,

After an impressive career with the Company for more than 16 years, Mr. Jatin Khanna, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company has decided to move on to pursue other career options.

The Board of Directors of the Company had accepted his resignation and he will be relieved from the services of the Company at the close of business hours on September 30, 2021.

In the meanwhile, the Company has initiated action for appointment of a CFO in place of Mr. Jatin Khanna.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/ 4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 in this regard is given below:
