Allerød, 2015-02-13 18:14 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pursuant to section 29 of the
Danish Securities Trading Act, we hereby announce that Matas A/S today has been
notified that Ameriprise Financial, Inc through Threadneedle Asset Management
Ltd has reduced its holding of shares in Matas at 8 October 2015 from 6.3% to
below 5% of the share capital and the voting right.
