Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, we hereby announce that Matas A/S has been notified that Schroders Plc through Schroder Investment Management (North America) Limited held shares in Matas A/S totalling 2,432,192 shares at 26 November 2015 equivalent to 6.04% of the share capital and 6.04% of the voting rights.
