As resolved by the 2012 Shareholders' Meeting, on 1 October 2012 the change
in legal form of Masterflex AG was entered under new registry number HRB
11744 in the Commercial Register of the District Court in Gelsenkirchen, at
which point the change in legal form to Masterflex SE came into force. With
effect from 2 October 2012 onwards, the listing of the company's bearer
shares on the Regulated Market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange is hereby changed to the new company name 'Masterflex SE'.

Information and Explaination of the Issuer to this News:

On 19 June 2012 the annual Shareholders' Meeting of Masterflex AG resolved
with an overwhelming majority (99.79% of the available share capital) to
approve conversion of the public limited company according to German law
into the legal form of Societas Europaea (SE - European Public Limited
Company). Once all the necessary steps had been taken, the change in legal
form was entered in the Commercial Register on HRB 11744. The listing of
shares on the stock market remains unchanged. The securities reference
numbers ISIN DE0005492938 and WKN 549293 as well as the ticker symbol 'MZX'
also remain the same.

The company's management team undertook to change the legal form because
the international legal form of SE is considered to be more acceptable to
globally operating customers and investors.
