Mast Energy Developments PLC, the UK-based multi-asset owner and operator in the rapidly growing Reserve Power market, announces that Paulus Fillippus Venter, a Company director, and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) under the Company's Share Dealing Policy Code has traded MED shares on 13 November 2023 (the "Share Trade"). Mr. Venter has obtained consent from the Company for the Share Trade and  has notified the FCA in the prescribed manner. The details of the Share Trade are shown on the  table below.

Following this trade, Mr. Venter and his Related Parties have a total beneficial interest in 17,708,538 MED shares, representing 6.71% of the Company's issued share capital.
