Appointment of Director

Mast Energy Developments Plc (MED), the UK-based multi-asset owner and operator in the rapidly growing Reserve Power market, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. Pieter Krügel as a director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Krügel was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and announced on the Company's RNS of the 20 May 2022 with effect from 1 June 2022 and this completes his appointment to the board.
