Octavia Morley, Senior Independent Director of Marston's PLC, will join the Board of Wickes Group Plc (the 'Company') as a Non-executive Director with effect from 1 June 2026.  Octavia will join the Company's Audit and Risk, Nominations, Remuneration and Responsible Business Committees upon appointment.  From the same date, Octavia will also take up the position of Senior Independent Director.
