Directors' and PDMR interests in shares

Marshalls plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification on 4 April 2016 that the Trustee of the Company's HM Revenue & Customs approved share purchase plan ("the Plan"), Yorkshire Building Society, purchased ordinary shares of 25 pence each on behalf of the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility on 4 April 2016, to be held in accordance with the rules of the Plan.  The shares were purchased at a price of 347.9 pence per share.
