MARR: Calendar of corporate events for the year 2022

Rimini, 7 September 2020 – In accordance with the article 2.6.2 of the rules of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., the MARR S.p.A. calendar of corporate events for the year 2022 is as follows:

15 March 2022: Board of Directors for the approval of the draft 2021 Annual Report *

• 28 April 2022: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the approval of the 2021 Annual Report
• 13 May 2022: Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim report on the quarter ending March 31, 2022 *

4 August 2022: Board of Directors for the approval of the half year financial report ending June 30, 2022 *

14 November 2022:

Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim report on the quarter ending September 30, 2022 *

In accordance with rules and law terms and due to unforeseen rules modifications or company necessity the dates are subject to possible changes, which will be communicated promptly.

* the results of the period will be presented in the course of a conference call with financial community that will be held the day of their approval
