Notice of Substantial Holder Movement
This notice is given by Marimaca Copper Corp. ( TSX: MARI ) ( ASX: MC2 ) (“ Marimaca ” or the “ Company ”).
The Company advises that it has been informed that Assore International Holdings Ltd. has increased its shareholding as follows:

Previous holding: 15,142,210 CHESS Depositary Interests (“ CDIs ”) / Shares representing 14.99% of issued capital on 24 January 2025 (being the date of the Company’s prospectus).

Updated holding: 22,387,694 CDIs / Shares representing 18.89%[1] of issued capital, with the holding increased via placement participation in June 2025 and September 2025, and the purchase of shares and exercise of warrants in September 2025.
