The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE with its registered office inWarsaw (_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;) hereby informs that today, i.e. March 15,2024. , the Company concluded agreements with the French company Plug InDigital and Madnetic Games S.A. an agreement for the transfer of rightsand obligations (_quot;Assignment_quot;) arising from the publishing anddevelopment agreement concluded on February 20, 2023, regarding thevideo game My Museum: Treasure Hunter in the PC version (_quot;Agreement_quot;),concluded then between the Company (as the Developer) , and the Frenchcompany Plug In Digital (as the Publisher) - about which the Companyinformed in current report No. 3/2023 of February 21, 2023. Based on theabove-mentioned Assignment, Madnetic Games S.A. entered into the rightsand obligations of the Company arising from the above-mentionedAgreements to which the French company Plug In Digital agreed
