The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (hereinafter referred to asthe _quot;Company_quot;) hereby announces that yesterday, i.e. 23 February 2022,it has received from Robert Pakla, a person performing managerialresponsibilities in the Company, i.e. Member of the Supervisory Board ofManyDev Studio SE, a notification of a transaction on the Company'sshares as referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation.
