BOARD CHANGE

Caeneus Minerals Ltd (ASX: CAD) (or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr Teow Kim Chng has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr Chng is a Certified Practicing Accountant with over 40 years experience.

Mr David Sanders has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Director, effective immediately. Mr Sanders was appointed on 7 December 2018.

The Company would like to thank Mr Sanders for his valued contribution and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
