DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Caeneus Minerals Ltd (ASX: CAD) (or “the Company”) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the dates for the Annual General Meeting (“ AGM ”) of the Company and the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director.
The AGM is scheduled to be held on 12 November 2021.
All director nominations for election at the AGM are to be received no later than 5:00PM (WST) on Friday, 8 October 2021.
