AGM Statement

Today Manolete Partners (AIM:MANO), a leading UK insolvency litigation financing company, holds its  Annual General Meeting at 10:00am.

At the AGM Steven Cooklin, the CEO of Manolete Partners, will make the following comment:

"Despite the impact of the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020, known as the "temporary measures", which  led to a fall in corporate insolvencies, I am pleased to report that our trading performance in this financial  year to date has been in line with management expectations. This is a testament to the strength of our offering and our team.

"With the recent confirmation that these temporary measures are being phased out from 1st October we expect to see a return to more normal market conditions in the second half of this year and beyond. Manolete Partners is very well positioned in the insolvency financing market and for long term profitable growth."

"We will be providing a full Trading Update following the end of the first half year of trading."
