Document E concerning the merger project of Manitou with SFERT is made available
Ancenis – May 09 2011 – Following the announcement on February 9, 2011 of a merger project with its holding company SFERT (Société Financière d'Etudes et de Réalisations Techniques, jointly controlled 50-50 by the Braud and Himsworth branches) Manitou BF announced today the operation note ("Document E") for the merger with SFERT by takeover is available and was filed by French Stockmarket Authorities (AMF) on May 9, 2011 under number E.11-025.
This note is now available (in French only) on the web site www.manitou.com as well as on the AMF web site : www.amf-france.org
It is also available at the Company headquarter BP 10249, 430 rue de l'Aubinière 44158 Ancenis Cedex France.
