Director Declaration

Further to the Company's announcement on 31 May, the additional disclosure required under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in relation to the appointment of Mr. Michael Comras as a director of the Company is set out below:

·     Mr Comras was a director of B & C Group Finance Limited which was placed in administration on 3 June 1990 as part of the administration of the British & Commonwealth Holdings PLC group; Mr Comras resigned as a director on 5 July 1990.

·     Mr Comras was a director of the following companies which were dissolved following creditors' voluntary liquidations:

o  Grey Archer Technology PLC - dissolved 13 October 2005; Mr Comras remained a director on the dissolution date.  

o  Grey Archer PLC - dissolved 4 February 2006; Mr Comras remained a director on the dissolution date.

There are no other matters required to be disclosed under LR 9.6.13 in relation to Mr Comras.
