AMENEDED RESTRICTED SECURITIES TO BE RELEASED FROM ESCROW
Mamba Exploration Limited (ACN 644 571 826) (‘ Mamba ’, ‘ M24 ’ or the ‘ Company ’) wishes to advise of an amendment to the ASX announcement made 25 January 2023 in regards to the date of the release from escrow of the 18,808,335 restricted shares. The restricted shares will be release on 5 February 2023 not 3 February 2023 as previously advised and as per the below table.
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Mamba Exploration Limited confirms that the following securities are to be released from ASX escrow:
