IL GRUPPO MAIRE TECNIMONT FIRMA ACCORDO PER SVILUPPARE PROGETTO PER UN IMPIANTO DI BIOPOLIMERI NELLA FEDERAZIONE RUSSA
Milano, 21 aprile 2021 - Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. annuncia che le sue controllate NextChem e MET Development hanno firmato oggi un accordo con MC TAIF JSC (TAIF) per co-sviluppare un nuovo impianto di polimeri biodegradabili nella Repubblica del Tatarstan (Federazione Russa), utilizzando il know-how di NextChem e le capacità di project development di MET Development.
TAIF è la più grande società di investimenti nel settore industriale in Tatarstan, attiva nei settori oil & gas, chimico, petrolchimico ed energia. In base all'accordo, TAIF e le controllate del Gruppo Maire Tecnimont valuteranno e considereranno congiuntamente l'opportunità dell'impianto di biopolimeri al fine di stabilire i fondamentali della collaborazione di sviluppo tra le parti. NextChem sarà selezionata per fornire la propria expertise e il proprio know-how nelle attività di FEED (Front End Engineering Design) ed EPC per la realizzazione dell'impianto di biopolimeri. Il Gruppo Maire Tecnimont garantirà le soluzioni tecnologiche e il miglior know-how per lo sviluppo e l'esecuzione dei progetti, facendo affidamento sul proprio portafoglio di tecnologie e sulle sue forti competenze di sviluppatore end-to-end di progetti complessi su larga scala.

MAIRE TECNIMONT GROUP SIGNS MOU TO DEVELOP BIOPOLYMER PLANT PROJECT IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Milan, 21 April 2021 - Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. announces that its subsidiaries NextChem and MET Development have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with MC TAIF JSC (TAIF) today to co-develop a new biodegradable polymer plant in the Republic of Tatarstan (Russian Federation), using NextChem's know-how and MET Development's project development capabilities.
TAIF is the largest industrial investment company in Tatarstan, engaged in Oil and Gas, Chemistry, Petrochemistry and Energy. Under the agreement, TAIF and Maire Tecnimont Group's subsidiaries will jointly assess and evaluate the biopolymer plant opportunity in order to establish the fundamentals of the joint development collaboration between the Parties. NextChem will be selected to provide its expertise and know-how to carry out the FEED (Front End Engineering Design) and EPC activities for the realization of the biopolymer plant. Maire Tecnimont Group will bring technological solutions and the best know-how for project development and execution, relying on its portfolio of technologies as well as its strong capabilities as an end-to-end developer of large-scale complex projects.
